It’s not a secret that I am a tea fanatic. I drink all kinds of tea all the time, I talk to my friends about it, I even have a Pinterest board called “Loving Tea and Coffee.” Recently, I’ve been on the lookout for stress relief tea to calm and soothe me through these unusual times.
I love all kinds of tea: black, green, white, Chai, Matcha, Rooibos, and many, many herbal teas. Hot and cold, I like them all! Sometimes, I drink tea for a jolt of energy, other times I need a soothing tea. Occasionally I look for teas that help with anxiety to help myself or my kids. This is where herbal teas are most suited.
Why Herbal Teas?
I turn to herbal teas because of their therapeutic qualities. They can help with a variety of ailments and conditions. I use them to get energized, to relieve stress, to bolster my immunity, for help with digestion and metabolism boost, for clear skin, and to help me fall asleep.
Herbs are very potent remedies, and it is crucial to know exactly what to take, at what dosage, and even at what time. One needs to know which herbs go together and might enhance the efficacy of one another. And, vice versa, there are some combinations of herbs that would be rather disadvantageous, possibly even canceling out their therapeutic properties.
Since I am not an herbalist, but I care about the health of myself and for my family, I turn to curated herbal teas. But not all of them are equal.

Prosperatea Herbal Blends
Recently I found a great herbal tea company: Prosperatea.
I tried two artisanal herbal blends and fell in love with their taste, quality, and benefits. Here is what I like about the Prosperatea:
- Curated by artisanal tea makers
- Made with whole leaves (not just the dust as some other store-bought tea bags) and placed in pyramid sachets
- Blends of potent functional herbs and adaptogens
- Great flavor profile and aroma
- Natural sweetness (no need to add sweetener of any kind)
- Freshness-saving packaging in a recyclable cardboard cylinder
All in all, these teas offer an unbeatable drinking experience. Full flavor, great health benefits, and effectiveness in what they are supposed to do! Here are the two blends I tried so far.
Good Health Wellness Tea
It is blended with some of the best Ayurvedic herbs and adaptogens capable of boosting immunity and restoring vitality and well-being. The key antioxidant-rich ingredients are Ashwagandha, Pomegranate Peel, Mallow Flower, and Tulsi Leaves. The aroma is amazing right out of the bag. The flavor of the tea is unbeatable. Slightly sweet and sour, mild and pleasing, it is a very soothing tea. It is perfect on its own or with food, and great hot or chilled and served on ice.
De-Stress Relaxing Tea
This stress relief tea is perfect in the afternoon when I want to kick back after a day of work. The functional ingredients in the tea include Sarsaparilla Root, Nettle Leaves, St. John’s Wort, Passionflower, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Chamomile, and Valerian Root.
The relaxing tea has a rich, slightly sweet, and exotic flavor, and it works like a charm to relieve my stress. I just kick back, pick a book, sip my tea, and feel the mellow overcome me. Excellent!
If you are looking for an herbal tea blend to boost your wellness routine this is it! Both tea blends are caffeine-free so you can drink them any time of the day. Amazing ingredients, great flavor, and aroma, beautiful and Earth-friendly packaging. What’s not to love?
Try it and fall in love. I know you will!

I’m a big tea drinker too, in fact whilst I read your post I’m sat here having a cup of tea in hope it will give me a little boost for the morning. These herbal teas sound great! I do find drinking certain types of tea can be very relaxing, so when I’m feeling anxious or stressed it’s something I turn to as well. Thanks for sharing!
Totally! As soon as it gets cool, I am drinking cups after cups of hot tea. And, in the summer, it’s all kinds of iced teas. Best beverage!
